Treatment: heat treatment by vacuum furnace

1. Select high-quality degassing billet for refining outside the furnace.

2. The die adopts imported gun drill and multi-station group drill. The die hole is formed at one time with high finish. The production feed has beautiful appearance, high output, smooth discharge and good particle formation.

3. The die adopts the treatment process combining the vacuum furnace and continuous quenching furnace of the United States, with uniform quenching, good surface finish and high hardness to ensure twice the service life.
