Product Features

1. The surface of the ring die has good finish, high hardness and uniform quenching.

2. The running-in time is short, and the maximum hourly production can be reached after about two hours of commissioning.

3. The discharge is smooth, and the production efficiency of the same specification is significantly higher than that of the peers.

4. The finished particles have good shape and high uniformity, which solves the problem of material throwing.

5. Special aquatic feed ring die (small aperture and large compression ratio) has the advantages of fast discharge, neat grain shape, good finish, and long water resistance.
