Product Maintenance

Remember the following maintenance tips for your cylinder cleaning sieve(also known as drum sieve or drum screener) so as to ensure its peak performance and prolong its service life.

1. Regularly clean the drum screen to prevent material accumulation from clogging the screen. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove debris from the screen.
2. Regularly check the tension and condition of the screen. Tighten or replace the strainer if necessary to prevent excessive stretching and deformation.
3. Regularly inspect bearings, gearboxes, and drive systems for signs of wear, damage, or lubrication problems. Relubricate components as needed to ensure smooth operation.
4. Monitor the motor and electrical components for signs of damage or malfunction. Address any issues promptly to avoid safety hazards and costly repairs.
5. Make sure the drum screener is installed correctly and leveled to prevent vibration and premature wear of the components.
6. Check for loose bolts, nuts or screws on the frame, guards, and other components and tighten as necessary.
7. Store the cylinder sieve in a dry, clean and safe environment when not in use.
